Victoria McCabe is the President and Founder of McCabe Consultants, a Human Resources Consulting Firm that becomes the Director of Human Resources or entire Human Resources Department for small and mid-size companies. McCabe Consultants services and expertise include: Business Advisor, Employee Performance Development and Management, Human Capital Expertise, and People Support.

McCabe Consultants’ success in developing measurable goals that yield results for clients is rooted in its partnership relationship approach. McCabe Consultants works with clients to design and organize a flexible infrastructure that is both easy to use and access. This partnership results in systems that help clients meet today’s performance needs and create value-added benefits to the client’s company business investments.

Ms. McCabe has more than 20 years of executive human resources experience with a wide variety of clients in Retail, Travel, Non Profit, Law Firms, Technology, Janitorial, Public Relations, Advertising, and more. In founding McCabe Consultants, Ms. McCabe advises clients on a wide variety of issues such as compensation, employee retention, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, and organizational change.

Ms. McCabe is a graduate of U.C.L.A with a B.A. in Business Administration and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. McCabe Consultants is a member of The Society of Human Resources, The Mid Valley Chamber of Commerce, ProVisors, and American Business Women’s Association.
